Alex Hart

Alex Hart is an artist from the South West of England, and performs what’s been dubbed “West Country Country”. At only 22 years old, Alex has already performed at the legendary venues The Troubadour and Ronnie Scotts, and she names her favourite gig this year as supporting Turin Brakes at Lyme Folk Weekend in Lyme Regis, and it was the very performance that got her a recording deal in the UK. We’re thrilled to be having Alex to come and perform live at the Beauty Unseen Aftershow meet-and-greet.

Laura Loft

After achieving BA Hons Music Performance at Dartington College of Arts, Laura found herself in London, dipping her toes in the music scene, singing for production company Friction (as a featured artist on ‘Santiago Blues’ released on a label in Spain), various jazz bands and played cello for BBC 2 Young Chorister of the Year but found she longed to be back in the inspiring landscapes of Devon, craving to be near the sea!

Once back in the South West, Laura spent time writing and performing on piano & guitar with various projects including her original folk band (The Laura Dugmore Band) from 2008 – 2013. Within these five years the band – Jay Scott (drummer, trumpeter) and Stuart Oliver (bassist, guitarist) released 3 EPs (J’aime La Vie; Cardigans and Woollen Things and Laura Loft Band Live at Birley Centre), interviewed and performed on BBC Radio Devon, toured in the South West including highlights of supporting Nick Harper, Polly & The Billet Doux and Ellen & the Escapades. 2010 saw the release of her debut EP titled “J’aime La Vie” meaning “I Like Life” which included 5 original tracks as well as the Mercedes-Benz Mixed Tape featured track “Gone”.

Laura will be performing live as part of the Beauty Unseen Show, a song that she’s written for Role Model Suzanne.

Lily Rose Winter

Lily Rose Winter is from Bristol, and her influences include Taylor Swift, Kate Nash, The Sundays and Lucy Rose.  Her voice wins the listener over from the first note – and we are very lucky to be having her perform some acoustic songs at the Aftershow meet-and-greet.

Jodie Jones

Jodie Jones, up-and-coming singer-songwriter who has performed as supporting artist for Van Morrison and Midge Ure, will be performing a song as part of the live Beauty Unseen show, for Role Model Sasha.

Joe Brooks

International singer-songwriter Joe Brooks will be performing live at the Beauty Unseen aftershow (available to all Beauty Unseen ticket holders, following the live show directly)!    Likened to songwriters including Simon & Garfunkel and Damien Rice, Joe is popular all over the globe, and we are in for a treat to have him over in the UK, and performing for the Beauty Unseen audience!
